Lesson in a Letter (Monthly Mail Club)

Created by a licensed art educator with a passion for art history and hands-on creation, Lessons in a Letter gives creative minds a dedicated moment each month to pause, learn, and make art. Each monthly envelope brings a relaxed, art-class experience straight to your mailbox. You'll explore famous artists, movements, and techniques through an approachable creative prompt, giving you the inspiration to make art without the pressure of creating a "masterpiece."

Your Mail Club letter will include: 

- The Lesson letter: Educational letter about an artist, art movement, or technique, complete with an art-making prompt. 

- Blank Mixed-Media Paper (5" x 7"): A premium 114lb textured sheet included as your personal canvas to create your own original artwork based on the month's prompt. 

- Art Print (5" x 7"): An original art print showing an example of the prompt in action, ready to display or frame. 

- Mini Quote Print (3" x 3"): An inspirational post-it mini-print with a sticky adhesive backing —perfect to peel and post on your studio wall, desk, journal, or mirror! 

How It Works in 3 Simple Steps: 

1. Read & Discover: Unwrap your double sided letter to learn about a featured artist, movement, or technique. 

2. Get Inspired: Read the creative prompt and look over your included 5x7 art print example of the prompt.

 3. Create Your Own Art: Use the provided blank 5x7 mixed-media paper and your favorite supplies to make your own artwork inspired by the lesson. 

Shipping & Delivery:

Order Cutoff: Order by the 20th of the month to receive the current month’s release. Orders placed after the 20th will receive the following month's release.

Shipping Schedule: All letters will be shipped during the third week of the month.

Postage Details: Shipped via standard USPS stamp postage without tracking to keep your membership affordable. Please allow 2–7 business days for delivery after shipping. Currently shipping within the US only.

Billing Cycle: Automatically billed on the same calendar day you originally signed up each month.

Flexibility: You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time!
